1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Orders placed for delivery outside Canada will not be processed.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, standard shipping is free on all orders within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

3. What currency do you charge in?
All prices on our website are shown and processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

4. What is your order processing time?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

5. How long does delivery take?
Estimated transit time is 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Total delivery time including processing is approximately 5 to 10 business days.

6. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

7. What is your return policy?
You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in original condition. A flat return shipping fee of 20 CAD will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. How do I request a return?
Email us at support@canacozy.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
